World leading bank, looking to hire a strong experienced Accounting and business analyses manager to be dedicated to their Wealth Management activities in Bahrain

You will be joining the Wealth Management team, and responsible for the production and control of all MIS reports for Wealth Management as well as all Wealth Management business activity analyses reports.

Your Main Activities will be:

1. Production and control of MIS reports :
-The production and control of all Wealth Management MIS Reports (Finance & Control)
-The preparation of Wealth Management Budget
-Allocation of regional platform costs to Wealth Management GCC
-Allocation of branch costs to Wealth Management GCC
-Computation, control and payment of retrocessions

2. Wealth Management business activity analyses reports
• Monthly Accounting Reports
• Other business activity reports: Qualitative analyses of WM GCC monthly results, Specific business activity analyses, Monitoring and reporting of cross-selling activity

Requirements:
The successful Candidate is more likely to have:
-Excellent understanding of Wealth Management business activity
-Excellent understanding of Wealth Management financial indicators reported in the Management reports
-Good working knowledge of Olympic accounting and non-accounting data
-Good working knowledge of Wealth Management management reporting tools (e.g. RENTA, PARADIGM)
-Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
-Good knowledge of Management accounting norms
-Sound budgetary skills
-Excellent analytical skills

-Ability to work quickly without losing in quality within very tight deadlines
-Ability to work in harmony with the Finance team staff
-Ability to tie close and reliable ties with the accountant manager teams within WM offshore
-Creativity and adaptability: ability to proactively suggest and make improvements
-Completely bilingual in English
-Knowledge of French a big plus
