Our client is one of the most well respected, successful alternative international investment banks in Bahrain, which operate across Europe, USA & the Middle East.
The organisation is involved in asset management, private equity and hedge funds management.
They are currently seeking to recruit an Analyst with a solid background in buyout experience, either from leveraged buyouts, venture capital buyouts or management buyouts.. This position will be based in Bahrain and will play an integral role in a growing team to support their expansion and investment portfolio throughout the Middle East.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be Degree educated from a top tier university.
Possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a highly reputable investment bank or private equity firm.
You will need to have strong knowledge and experience of buyout execution; including due diligence and financial analysis.
Experience of LBO and DCF modelling is a must.
You must carry deal experience in; developing markets, mid to large cap companies and multiple industries.
Proficiency in Arabic is imperative and regional experience is an added advantage
