As a specialist Business Development Manager / Sales Manager within the Oil & Gas industry you will be responsible for all sales/business development with blue chip oil, gas and marine clients across the Indian market.
Conceptualize high level sales opportunities.
Develop long standing relationships with customers.
Responsible for the development and growth of our products to major Oil & Gas companies in the region.
Research and identify new business clients, as well as developing relations with existing customer base.
Keep abreast of major projects within target business sector.
Administer client accounts and prepare reports for head office.
Hit sales target as set out by the Managing Director.
Presentations to clients.
Travel regularly to meet clients (up to 50% of time)
Requirements:
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Candidates must be degree qualified.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Demonstrable success in sales, and proven "closing" skills.
• 10 + years in oil & gas market.
• Ability to operate at all levels with clients.
• Extensive network of contacts in the Indian market, both with local and multi-national companies.
• Good negotiating skills when dealing with tenders, contracts and sales.
• Ability to translate clients needs into a service package.
• Good team player.
• Good command of English.
• Local driving license.
