My client is a leading main contractor with projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. They are part of a large group which are involved in all sectors of business across the MENA region. They have a number of projects on going which have values up to $500,000,000 each. The company has restructured their organisation and have made Riyadh their head office. This is to take advantage of the contacts they have in the area as well as the buoyant market. The company has a work force in the region of 7000 and are looking to expand this in the coming months with more new contracts coming on stream.
They require an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join the senior management team. The ideal candidate will have a third level engineering/Quantity surveying qualification, 20+ years' experience. Have a proven track record of managing large scale commercial departments and bring projects through to completion on budget. You will have worked on large scale commercial projects. You will have previously worked for a reputable contracting company at COO/CEO level.
You will have full responsibilities for the commercial operations of the company.
You will work closely with the company CEO to help develop the company in the region. You will be given all the support necessary to put your stamp on the company and it is an excellent opportunity to join a company who has the support off one of the largest and well-connected families in the regions.

An excellent package is on offer in the region of up to $3600,000US per year and a bonus that could reach up to $150,000 per year ,as well as transport, medical, business flights and education for family. This will give you an idea of the candidate our client wished to attract.

Requirements:
University qualifications : Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Previous experience : 20+ year experince,
5+yrs as CCO
Main contractor experience working on commercial projects
Middle East Experience
