Our client is one of the largest paper manufacturers and distributors globally. The product has been promoted globally in more than 80 countries. The brand was originally launched through above and below the line activities to the Thai market in 2000, with spectacular success. After that it was continually introduced to other potential markets throughout the world through TV commercials. In all markets covered by commercials, the company would set up subsidiaries or branch offices to further promote and manage its paper business. Up to the present, there is local offices in Hong Kong , Singapore , Malaysia , Taiwan , Korea , Australia , the Netherlands , and China . Most of these launches have been highly successful.
The right candidate will be involved in this launch in Kuwait and run all strategy to hopefully develop another successful branch office. This role will start of independently as a consultant and eventually move over to a permanent position within the company. This is a great opportunity for anyone wishing to take their career to the next level.
Requirements:
Education : General Degree in Marketing, Business Studies
Soft skills : Strong leadership, Communication and Change management competencies
Strength : Sales Management or Marketing Management, Brand Management
Industry Background: Reputable FMCG or other related industry
Experience : Min 5 years at Sales or Marketing MANAGEMENT level preferably.
Track Record: Experience in setting up distribution channel network.
Experience in growing and maintaining good channel partner relationship
Experience in implementing or developing successful below the line programs
Managed a sales or marketing team or managed a representative office
Conversant with management reporting |
