In close liaison and conjunction with the Vice President of Marketing and the Regional Vice Presidents the incumbent manages the strategic and tactical penetration of key accounts in the specified market for the Engineering and Services business on a global basis. The incumbent will be responsible for commercial growth and global co-ordination of sales and marketing of the specified customer base. The incumbent will be responsible for negotiating and managing global supplier relationships with in the channel category and in ensuring that full market penetration is achieved in all markets that E&S is present.
Manages the relationships and leads all aspects of the penetration with the customer including regular technical meetings, price negotiations and infield sales support in conjunction with local staff. Specific marketing plans and advertising programs for the specific product category.
Manages and leads all associates within the business at the specific customer to maximize their potential. Ensures that maximum orders and profits are received at the designated customer base with a focus on a global framework agreement.
Commits to and aligns company to client value proposition in line with Gates marketing policies and a high added value / premium brand and premium service philosophy.
Maintains expense budgets and controls expenses with in limits to support profitability.
Maintains the safety, security and consistent corporate image of the facilities. Maintains a professional and functional team of service professionals.
Develops and maintain reporting metrics for all customer touching process for constant improvement of the facility. Supports the supply chain team with customer global forecasts and ensures penetration is optimized.

Education/Experience (minimum required):
• MBA or Degree in business management.
• More than 10 years' managerial experience in sales and marketing, of which a minimum of 5 years at a senior management level in a MNC/global company in the service and distribution business.
