Purpose:
• Analyze and direct NCB IT project portfolio
• Aligns IT projects in terms of interdependencies (IT internally) and project schedules
• Coordinates overall IT capacity and resources, according to project needs
• Regularly updates IT projects prioritization, considering IT internal projects as well. Propose solutions for potential conflicts and bottleneck
• Ensures the availability and correctness of projects/program information in the PPM tool
• Assigns IT resources and IT project leader for management of IT part of the projects
• Proactively provides IT project status to Sector PPM(s) according to Bank project management guidelines
• Supports governing bodies with decision making information and recommendations
• Audit projects as required to ensure adherence to NCB project management governance
• Escalate any portfolio risks and issues to the ITPMO Head if they are not addressed properly
• Manage Large projects that spin over sectors/divisions/departments if required
Requirements:
Education;
• Bachelor's Degree in Computing/IT or Business
• PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• 5 years Experience in IT Project Management
Skills:
• Good communication skills across wide range of audiences both business and technical
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze Portfolio/Programs/Projects data and come up with recommendations
• Good interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Good Team building and leadership skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
