Mechanical Engineer
The Mechanical Engineer will support major utilities design and construction supervision projects including performing mechanical engineering analysis, design and inspection.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for design and supervision of HVAC works for a number of varied projects in the public and private sectors.
• Provide assistance to the Project Engineer/Site Engineer
• Responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating the inspection team
• Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor submitted plans.
• Develops probable construction cost estimates for projects within the department.
• Prepares complex design computations in quantity estimates. May serve as an on-sight project representative.
• Performs complex technical work in support of project work.
• Recommends appropriate actions to ensure compliance with all local regulations.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
10+ years of experience
