We are seeking a "Position - Procurement Officer" - PREMISES & ADMIN for a local Bank in Dubai. Candidate should be Bilingual.
Responsibilities
-To prepare tendes in co-ordination with legal and concerned department
-Review the terms and conditions, specifications, pricing, deliveries etc
-Prepare analysis for the tender received
-Negotiate the terms and conditions, pricing etc in co-ordiantion with Legal and Concerned department
• Evaluate the performance of the supplier / contractor to ensure compliance with contract obligation and record deviation
-Ensure payments released as per terms of contract and conditions
-Ensure execution of the job as per specifications and quality standard
