Implementation of advocacy and project activities, such as coordination and conduct of research, organization of workshops and other events -Communication and cooperation with relevant European and regional networks, institutions and donors -Preparation of project proposals -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people across cultures and levels of seniority -Proactive, flexible, able to plan and implement own work and decide when to consult or seek advice

Requirements:
• 5 years experience in Cultural research
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience in project cycle management and writing project proposals
• Fluent in Arabic, English, and
-Knowledge of group behavior and dynamics, societal trends and influences, human migrations, ethnicity, cultures and their history and origins
