Purpose:
Work closely with the vendor, having day-to-day responsibility for the quality and cost effectiveness of the vendor's services.

Accountabilities:
• Apply any financial penalties for poor performance.
• Identify, catalogue and monitor a contract's financial requirements and commitments.
• Develop and maintains vendor performance management materials such as metrics and scorecards.
• Conduct vendor customer satisfaction surveys and leads corrective action planning efforts.
• Monitor and analyze vendor performance in order to assure compliance with SLA.
• Responsible for the quality and cost effectiveness of vendor's products or services.
• Maintain a calendar of contract activities (schedule of dates for milestones, key deliverables, meetings, reports, invoice delivery, etc.).
• Issue escalations.
• Conduct regular meetings with vendors to discuss their performance.
• Analyze & review vendor billing.
• Produce regular reports on services performance and achievements

Requirements:
Education:
• Undergraduate studies in such areas as business management or information technology.

Experience:
• 2 -5 years of IT technical and management experience allowing to connect with supplier discussion in complex technology issues.
• 1-3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or other related field.

• An understanding of the customers business and how IT contribute to the delivery of that products or service.
